Raymond Patterson's Personal Vision Statement

Raymond R. Patterson
Personal Vision for 2006
February 20, 1996

I am recognized as a builder, a collaborator, a visionary, a creative thinker
rooted in practicality with caring and compassion. My friends and colleagues see
me as a facilitator and counselor whose advice is sought. I push the limits of the
impossible or the once thought impossible.

I am a builder of organizations. I am part of a trust based, open network of
organizations that has no walls and no boundaries. As a network we are known
for enabling our clients to be extremely successful. We do this by providing
education and new methodologies for managing the process from creation
through accomplishment. The education, methods and processes integrate
innovative business practices with technology. My focus and contribution to the
network is inspiring the creativity of human beings and raising awareness of
human value. I take pride in assisting other people accomplish things that they
thought were impossible.

I have built the resources to have 2 contemporary homes with one situated in a
warm climate near the ocean. My home and office are comfortably intermixed
yet each have their own identity and space. My workspace is technologically state
of the art and operates flawlessly. The environment is relaxed and comfortable -
a place where people gather and feel welcome. Our home is a personal spa and a
vacation spot for our friends to lose themselves from the world.

Russell and Rory have had the opportunity to experience my professional life. I
have created opportunities for them to share in this life if they choose. They see
me as resource in determining their career objectives and realizing them.

My relationship with Martha is characterized by real love, warmth, softness,
covering but not smothering, caring, mutual trust and respect. We vigorously
support each other’s career and life goals. We understand and acknowledge that
we achieve more together than we could alone. Martha knows that I truly want
for Martha, what Martha wants. There is an inner peace and a comfort level
with who I am and I am not afraid to expose that to the world. Life is good.
